The room was spacious and larger than expected for a business class hotel. the public bath facilities were clean and well, maintained, with moderate temperatures. Although Japanese style, the breakfast options were tasty and enjoyable, with some deep, fried options. the hotel staff was able to accommodate a request to change from a smoking room to a non, smoking room.

Some guests might have found the request to show a passport for verification unnecessary.

I loved the spacious room that this hotel offered. It was bigger than others in its class and gave me enough space to stretch out. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch. The staff were very accommodating and helped me switch to a non-smoking room that was much better. The hotel facilities were very well thought out and I was impressed by its attention to detail.

Big and spacious room, great facilities, and accommodating staff made my business trip comfortable and enjoyable. The public bath was clean with perfect temperature. the location was perfect for my work meeting and exploring the city.

I was disappointed to be asked for my passport as a foreign resident with a fixed address in Japan, which is not legally required. The breakfast mainly offered Japanese food, including deep-fried dishes.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the room size was impressive and it gave us plenty of space to move around. the public bath was also very enjoyable, not too hot and very clean. the location was great, it was really easy to find and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

There were a few things I didn't like about the hotel. they insisted on checking my passport even though I have a fixed address in Japan.
